1.  INTRODUCTION

1. These coupon Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.
2. Your use of a coupon indicates your agreement to be bound by these coupon Terms and Conditions.
3. Coupons will at all times remain the property of Benecol.

3.  PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

The promotion will run from 1st April 2023 from 00:01 until  31st July  2023. (“Promotional Period”).

4.  COUPON TERMS

1. This campaign is only open to UK residents (18+ only) and is across the entire Benecol product range.
2. A coupon must be presented with your purchase in any of our participating retailers (see below) and only one coupon per transaction may be used.
3. Only original coupons will be accepted – photocopies and duplications will not be accepted.

The coupon:

• can only be used once and only in UK stores, not online.
• must be presented at the time of purchase and only used on one transaction.
• cannot be used in the same transaction as other coupons and offers unless otherwise stated.
• is subject to availability and no cash alternative or change will be given.
• is non-transferable. You cannot sell, use or resell or auction off the coupon for money or otherwise.

If all conditions are met, the amount on the front of the coupon will be deducted from your final bill.

Any refunds on items purchased using the coupon will be refunded at the discounted price (with no credit refunded for the coupon or applicable portion of the coupon used on such item).

6.  GENERAL

We may, in our sole discretion, modify or suspend the campaign at any time.

If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond our reasonable control and which prevents us from complying with these coupon Terms and Conditions, we will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing our obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to you.

If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these coupon Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

These coupon Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual issues which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by relevant local law with any disputes as to the meaning of these coupon Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.

Nothing in these coupon Terms and Conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or mis-described products. For further information about your statutory rights contact your local authority, Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau.
