HCP NEWSLETTER SURVEY COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This prize draw is operated by Benecol Limited (“Benecol”). It will run from 09:00 on March 25th 2021 until 17:00 June 23rd 2021 (“Closing Date”). Entries must be received by Benecol by no later than 17:00 on the Closing Date. All entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

Entries are limited to one per person and you may only submit one entry. The winner will be selected by Benecol’s automated selection system at random. The winner will be notified using the contact details supplied and will receive their prize within 30 days of the Closing Date. Benecol will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within 30 days of being notified, Benecol reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected.

The winner will receive a £100 One4All Gift voucher. Benecol will publish the surname and county of the prize winner on its website. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Benecol at: hcpmarketing@raisio.com within a reasonable period of time before the relevant Closing Date of the promotion.

By entering, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be null and void. Benecol reserves the right to exclude you from participating in the competition if it believes that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions.

Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter this prize draw.

Your contact details and any additional information you may provide us with will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy which can be viewed at https://www.benecol.co.uk/privacy-policy.

Insofar as is permitted by law, Benecol will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Benecol or its employees.

Benecol reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
