PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This prize draw is operated by Benecol Limited (“Benecol”). It will run from 8th June 2022 08.00 (“Start Date”) to 10th June 23.00 2022 (“Closing Date”) inclusive. Entries must be received by Benecol by no later than 23:00 on the Closing Date. All entries received after the Closing Date  (whether or not they were sent before) are automatically disqualified and will not be entered into the prize draw.

Only submissions with the correct answers will be entered into the prize draw.

One winner will win a £100 voucher. The prize is for the named winner only and is non-transferable.

No purchase necessary. Entries are limited to one per person and you may only submit one entry. The winner will be selected by Benecol’s automated selection system at random. The winner will be notified as soon as reasonably possible after the Closing Date using the contact details supplied and will receive their prize within 30 days of the Closing Date. Benecol will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winners. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within 30 days of being notified, Benecol reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected.

Benecol will publish the surname and county of the winner on its website after the Closing Date. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Benecol at: hcpmarketing@raisio.com. within a reasonable period of time before the relevant Closing Date of the prize draw.

By entering, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions and acknowledge that Benecol will use your personal information in accordance with these terms and conditions and its Privacy Policy which can be found at https://www.benecol.co.uk/privacy-policy.

Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be null and void. Benecol reserves the right to exclude you from participating in the competition if it believes that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions. Benecol’s decision as to whether an entrant (or their entry) is eligible for this promotion is final and Benecol is not obliged to provide any reason for disqualification.

Employees (or workers) of the promoter (or any group company) and their immediate families are ineligible to enter this prize draw.

You must be a resident in the UK and over the age of 18 to enter the prize draw.

By entering this competition you give permission to Benecol to store your name, address, telephone number and email within Benecol’s database. You can unsubscribe from receiving Benecol communications at any time by emailing us at: hpcmarketing@raisio.com and by clicking the unsubscribe link in the communications you receive.

Your contact details and any additional information you may provide us with will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy which can be viewed at https://www.benecol.co.uk/privacy-policy.

Insofar as is permitted by law, Benecol will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Benecol or its employees.

Benecol reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts although if you are a resident elsewhere you will retain the benefit of any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of the country in which you live.
