NEWSLETTER SIGN UP PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This prize draw is operated by Benecol Limited (“Benecol”). It will run from 09:00 on March 15th 2021 until 100 people have signed up for the newsletter (“First Closing Date”) or until 17:00 June 15th 2021 (“Second Closing Date”) whichever happens first. Entries must be received by Benecol by no later than 17:00 on the relevant Closing Date. All entries received after the relevant Closing Date are void and will not be entered into the prize draw.

Entries are limited to one per person and you may only submit one entry. Entries over the maximum number of entries will be void and will not be entered into the prize draw.
The winner will be selected by Benecol’s automated selection system at random. The winner will be notified using the contact details supplied and will receive their prize within 30 days of the relevant Closing Date. Benecol will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within 30 days of being notified, Benecol reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected.
The winner will receive a £100 “John Lewis” voucher. The prize is non-transferable.
Benecol will publish the surname and county of the prize winner on its website. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Benecol at: email@example.com within a reasonable period of time before the relevant Closing Date of the prize draw.
Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be null and void. Benecol reserves the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw if it believes that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions.
Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter this prize draw.
While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit Benecol’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, Benecol will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to Benecol or to the entrant at the time of entry to the prize draw or which are caused by a third party.
Benecol reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts although if you are a resident elsewhere you will retain the benefit of any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of the country in which you live.
