1. These competition Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. This competition is not affiliated with Instagram. Prize in non-transferable or refundable.

3. COMPETITION PERIOD – The promotion will run from 9am 2^nd April 2025, until 12pm on 7^th May 2025 (“Closing Date”). Entries must be received by Benecol Ltd by no later than 2pm on the Closing Date. All entries received after the Closing Date are void and will not be entered into the prize draw (“Competition Period”).
4. COMPETITION TERMS – This competition is only open to UK residents (18+ only). Employees of the promoter and their immediate families, agents of the promoter or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are ineligible to enter this promotion.
5. To enter please follow the instructions on Benecol’s UK Social post or Newsletter. No purchase is necessary. Internet access is required.
6. Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be null and void. Benecol Ltd reserves the right to exclude entrants from participating in the competition if it believes that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions.
7. Entries are limited to one per person. Entries over the maximum number of entries will be void and will not be entered into the prize draw. Entries from agents, commercial groups or entries automatically generated by computer will not be accepted.
8. One winner will be selected by Benecol Ltd within 14 days of the relevant Closing Date. The winner will be notified within 14 days of the prize draw using the contact details supplied to submit the entry. The winner may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.
9. Benecol Ltd will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winners. If the winners cannot be contacted/are not available/have not claimed their prize within 30 days of the first attempt to contact them, the prize will lapse and Benecol Ltd reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner/winners selected in accordance with the promotion rules.

COOLSTAYS VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1a. Gift vouchers may be redeemed on a booking at any property listed on coolstays.com

2a. Here’s how to use a voucher:
Step 1: Find somewhere to stay on coolstays.com.
Step 2: Make your booking and pay the owner/agent directly.
Step 3: Use the secure form at https://vouchers.coolstays.com/redeem/ to send us your booking information, the voucher code, your bank sort code and bank account number. We will then refund you, to the value of the voucher, direct to your bank account.

3a. Gift vouchers have no cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged for further gift vouchers.

4a. Gift vouchers must be redeemed in full on a single booking. No balance is payable or transferable. We will only pay you up to the value of the voucher or the price of the booking, whichever is the smaller amount.

6a. The gift voucher must be redeemed by placing a reservation within 2 years of the issue date. This does not affect the booked date of arrival.

7a. Vouchers will be subject to verification at time of presentation and we reserve the right not to accept any Vouchers that have or appear to have been forged, defaced or otherwise tampered with.

8a. Coolstays accept no responsibility for lost or stolen Vouchers and such vouchers shall not be refunded.

9a. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the UK.

10a. Coolstays vouchers are intended only for use by UK residents and the voucher refund payment can only be made to a UK bank account.

10. Benecol Ltd will dispatch the prize to the winners within 14 days of notifying them that they have won the prize. Benecol Ltd accepts no responsibility for failed delivery of the prize due to the provision of incorrect contact details by the entrant. Any prize that is returned undelivered will be assumed unwanted.

11. Benecol Ltd may publish the surname and county of the prize winner on its website or social media channels. An entrant who objects to any or all of his/her surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, must contact Benecol Ltd at: alice.drake@raisio.com within a reasonable period of time before the relevant Closing Date of the promotion.

12. Benecol Ltd does not accept responsibility for any entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

13. Benecol Ltd does not warrant that any use of or access to the website will be uninterrupted or error or virus free nor will it have any liability for damage caused by hostile software which may infect entrants’ equipment or property as a result of that entrant using or browsing the website.

By entering this promotion, each entrant gives permission to Benecol Ltd to store his/her name, address, telephone number and email address within its database. Entrants can unsubscribe from receiving marketing communications from Benecol Ltd at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the communications received.

While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit Benecol Ltd ‘s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, Benecol Ltd will not be liable for any loss, damage, or consequential loss of any nature in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise caused by acceptance of the terms and conditions, in connection with the prize, and/or which are caused by a third party.

16. Benecol Ltd reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
