110gfresh pineapple chopped
1tbsptoasted flaked almonds (weighs about 8g in case you need to know)
1tbspdark brown sugar
- Place the oats in a small serving bowl, pour over the yogurt drink and stir to mix. Cover and refrigerate overnight to let the yogurt drink soak into the oats.
